System requirements
- Apple silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later.
- 64-bit PC running Windows 10 version 22H2 or Windows 11. Windows 11 on Arm uses built-in x64 emulation.
- An internet connection for account setup, checkout, and periodic entitlement refresh.
- Local storage for documents, embedded assets, and exports.
Account and purchase help
The full-featured trial starts on first opening and lasts 14 consecutive days. It does not require an account or internet connection. The app shows the end date and days remaining under Account & License.
When the trial ends, new documents and editing are locked, but existing projects remain openable and exportable. Updating or reinstalling the app normally preserves the trial dates.
Checkout starts inside the app after you download it and sign in. The standard offer is a €29 one-time purchase for a lifetime license shared by the Mac and Windows apps. Payment is handled securely by Stripe, with no recurring charge.
If an entitlement does not refresh after a purchase, confirm that the app is signed in with the same email used at checkout, connect to the internet, reopen the app, and try the restore or refresh control. If it still fails, send the account email and approximate purchase time to support. Never send complete card details by email.
If a payment is refunded, reversed after a dispute, or otherwise becomes unpaid, the account entitlement is revoked on the service. The app applies that status when it next connects and refreshes; a computer that remains offline cannot be remotely updated in real time.
Documents and backups
Your working documents and imported assets are stored locally. Keep them in a folder covered by your normal computer backup routine. Before a show, export and open the final PDF to confirm page size, labels, channels, and monitor assignments.
Your lifetime license keeps purchased access available. Existing documents are local and remain openable and exportable; keep them covered by your normal backup routine.
Export troubleshooting
- Run preflight and resolve missing labels or conflicting channel assignments.
- Check the selected page size and orientation before PDF export or direct printing on Mac.
- Open the exported file in Preview on Mac or a PDF reader on Windows and inspect it at normal print size.
- For imported assets, confirm the original PDF, PNG, or JPEG opens correctly.
